I ordered 6 t-shirts back on December 31, 2020 and got an update about shipping on January 8, 2021. It's a bummer, but I still haven't got my t-shirts today. The lack of communication and the delay in delivery is really disappointing. It looks like a lot of other folks have had the same problem based on reviews I've seen. The customer service from this company is just not up to snuff and seems pretty unprofessional. I think someone should look into their practices because it feels like they're dodging direct questions and concerns. I'm gonna dispute the transaction through PayPal so I don't end up paying for stuff that might never show up.
