I was pretty pumped to try out this service where you can look up someone's name by typing in their phone number. But man, was I let down when I found out that even after paying, I couldn't see the info unless I signed up for a subscription. The ad didn't make it clear that this was needed upfront. I ended up feeling like I threw my money away on a service that didn't deliver what I wanted.
