I got a star for my grandma as a gift after she lost her husband. I thought naming a star after him would be a nice way to remember him and give her some comfort. But I messed up the name when I ordered it. I was so worried about my grandma getting a memorial with the wrong name. But the customer service team was so amazing and fixed the mistake right away.
