Troubles with order fulfilment
My experience with this company was not great. My order got messed up and there were problems with getting it right. Even though I clearly explained what I needed, they couldn't follow through like they said they would. Dealing with their customer service was annoying because they didn't want to own up to their mistakes. And all they offered was some store credit, which wasn't what I wanted since I paid for a service that wasn't done right.
