Gold plan charge issue
Honestly, I was pretty upset when I noticed I was billed for a gold plan that I never actually used. But then Abhishek swooped in like a hero and sorted out the situation for me. He was so patient, empathetic, and made sure everything was straightened out. I was really impressed by how dedicated he was to helping me and making things right. Abhishek definitely deserves a raise or some kind of acknowledgment for his outstanding customer service skills. Thank you so much, Abhishek!
