So I decided to get myself a new bike and some accessories, thinking I was going to get some really good quality stuff and great service. But, turns out, it wasn't quite what I was hoping for. The whole ordering thing was confusing, customer service wasn't helpful at all, the prices weren't as good as they said, and the delivery took way longer than I thought. Basically, I was left feeling let down and kinda mad.
