I bought a blanket for my son on October 31st and haven't heard anything from the company since then. They told me on November 21st that I would get the blanket in 3-7 days, but I still haven't received it. I've reached out many times asking for a refund, but no luck. It's been really frustrating and disappointing dealing with their lack of communication and broken promises. I recommend staying away from this company.
