Terrible customer service
ServiceMy time with this store was a total letdown. I've been waiting for two weeks and my order hasn't even been sent out yet. On top of that, I got double-charged for no reason, even after showing them my credit card statement. The customer service folks weren't much help and wouldn't even let me talk to a manager, saying there was only one of them in the whole country. The lack of communication and responsibility was just so frustrating and not okay.
