CommunicationMy recent purchase got cancelled out of nowhere, leaving me really confused because I was really looking forward to getting my shipment. When I noticed that they hadn't charged me, I reached out to customer service to find out what happened. The person I talked to was able to clear things up and fix the problem pretty quickly. But I think it would have been better if they had let me know the reason for the cancellation ahead of time.
