I bought some new cleats from this store and they said I'd get an email right away. But I never got it! I contacted customer service, they said they would help but never followed through. Still waiting for any updates on my order. It's so frustrating!

So, I ordered my jersey back in November and I was getting really worried when it didn't show up in December. I was convinced I got scammed! But I decided to shoot them an email and they got back to me right away, reassuring me that my jersey was on its way. I ran to check the mailbox and thankfully, there it was! A big sigh of relief, let me tell you.

They were super quick to take my cash, but since then, total silence. Like, no updates on when my order's coming, and now it's way past the due date.
