DeliveryI wasn’t sure about dropping almost $1,000 on a W4 Luxe — I’d read good things but also saw horror stories about shipping, so I hesitated. The checkout itself was fine and confirmation arrived quickly, which eased me a bit, but then the promised delivery window passed and the carrier's site still showed it in transit. Customer service couldn't tell me where the wagon actually was — she literally said she didn't know if it was on a pallet, a trailer or already with the shipping co. She promised weekend delivery, and that promise faded. I’ve had better tracking from other companies, so this was disappointing. Still waiting; doubts mostly remain, though the easy ordering was a small plus.
