I recently ordered something on November 27th and then just found out before Christmas that one item was out of stock and the other won't be shipped until after the holiday. It's annoying to have to wait over a month just for them to ship my stuff.

I'm really disappointed with the service I've been getting from this company. I placed my order back in November and here we are in April, and I still haven't gotten it. They kept changing the dates for shipping, first it was supposed to come in December, then January, and now March, but still nothing. I'm starting to think I'll never get what I ordered and it's feeling like I've been ripped off. The fact that they're not communicating with me is really disappointing, especially because they seemed like a good company on their website. I've tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but all I get are vague responses or no response at all, which is leaving me frustrated and feeling like I've been lied to.

Yeah, I was really looking forward to getting my order, but it's been like over a month now and I haven't heard anything about shipping! I sent an email to customer service, but they weren't much help. I also tried reaching out online and calling, but didn't have any luck. I'm honestly pretty bummed out and this company seriously needs to step up their game!

I was so pumped to order from this company, but man, it was a complete disaster. I picked up some clothes and was really feeling the whole vibe of the brand. I've been a regular customer for a bit now, but things changed last year with their shipping process, and it's been nothing but trouble. My packages keep getting held up at customs, and I keep getting hit with extra taxes. And on top of that, it takes forever to get my stuff delivered, and the customer service is useless. It's a real bummer because I used to be a huge fan of shopping here.

Even though the clothes are cute and good quality, my whole experience was just kind of meh.

The lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction is not cool. The clothing is nice, but that doesn't make up for the terrible service. I am so frustrated and I wouldn't suggest anyone buy from them, eh.
