I wish I had looked into things more before buying from this company. The customer service is basically non-existent – they don't respond to emails and there's a real lack of communication. The shipping took forever which was super frustrating and disappointing. And don't even get me started on their refund policy, it's terrible. They leave customers feeling stuck and powerless. It's just sad to see a company care more about making money than doing the right thing, trying to trick people with "greenwashing" tactics. I feel like I've been fooled and I'm really disappointed with how everything went down.
