I got a really nice bracelet as a Christmas present, but the chain broke not long after. I contacted customer service at Wolf & Badger, and I have to say, I was super impressed with how they handled everything. The communication was clear and quick right from the beginning. Emily, the person I spoke with, replied to my emails right away and made sure to answer all my questions. She really went out of her way to make sure I was happy with the outcome. I couldn't have asked for a better solution to the problem I had.

Oh my gosh, the laptop bag I got from here was amazing! It was such good quality and looked really cool! I was so happy with it, it was even better in person than in the pictures online. And the delivery was so quick, it arrived two days early! I'm the happiest customer ever, eh!
