I recently bought a pair of earrings from this place and it was a breeze. Ordering was quick and easy, and my items arrived right on time. However, the earrings turned out to be a bit bigger than I expected. I contacted customer service for help, and I have to say, they were super helpful. Jerice was quick to respond to my questions and even went above and beyond to talk to the brand about different size options. I ended up choosing a different size, and the return process was surprisingly easy. My only complaint is that they don't do exchanges, only refunds. It would have been more convenient if exchanges were an option.

So I got this necklace and it started falling apart. I reached out and this dude named Tom was so nice and helpful. He got back to me really quickly and sorted everything out. He gave me some store credit since they didn't have a new necklace in stock.
