I bought some scales a while back and they were working great, but then, out of nowhere, one of the feet fell off and it broke. I reached out to ask where I could buy new feet, and they ended up giving me a discount code for free replacement ones. So now I've got brand new feet for my scales, no charge. That's the end of the story.

Plus, I like that the gadget doesn't have its own GPS module, giving me the choice to track my route or not. Both options work for me.

My Body Cardio scales just stopped working after only 4 years, barely even used them. Customer service couldn't fix them, just offered 50% off a new product that might not last either. Rod in customer service was somewhat helpful, but overall, not worth the money. Better off getting regular scales that are cheaper and last longer. Wouldn't recommend any of their products due to their poor quality service.

I bought the ScanWatch2 because I wanted to keep track of my oxygen levels, but it turns out it doesn't have that feature. I've been in touch with customer service several times in the past two weeks, but they haven't been able to help me at all. They keep telling me to resync the watch and do different checks, but nothing seems to work. It's really frustrating trying to get this thing to work like they said it would, and it feels like I wasted my money on something that doesn't do what I need it to. I'm disappointed that I haven't gotten a refund or any real help despite trying so many times to fix the problem.
