I'm feeling really frustrated with the customer service from this online store. I've been trying to get help with a returned order for three months now, but they keep ignoring my emails. It's not right to treat paying customers like this. I paid for something that never arrived, and they won't even try to fix the problem. I feel like they don't care about me as a customer.

Returning things to this store is such a hassle! They tried to bribe me with a 50% refund if I kept the low-quality item, but I had to go through a whole song and dance with email verification first. And of course, the verification code never showed up. What a complete waste of my money and time!

I had the hardest time trying to return this sweater online because the website was so confusing, eh! I spent two whole days on it and still couldn't figure it out. They told me I can't even swap it for a bigger size, which is super annoying. I was thinking of getting more things from them, but now I'm not too sure if I want to go through this headache again, you know.

I ordered three shirts, but they ended up rejecting two of them even though I already paid. I did get my money back for those two shirts, but I had to pay full postage for the one shirt I did receive. It would have been nice if they apologized and just sent me the replacements instead. I wouldn't have minded paying for them again.

They gave me back my money, but I still can't send back the item because I need a code. They really should see how terrible it is!
