Funny thing — the parcel itself turned up okay and the item looks fine, but dealing with customer service has been a slog. I keep getting the same automated reply telling me to contact the team, then crickets. I posted a return in early September and still no credit note or refund. I've had quicker responses from a tiny local shop, so this felt unexpectedly slow. Not terrible product-wise, but they really need to fix their follow-up.

The thing I bought came all messed up at the end of April, eh. I've been askin' for a return label through email for days with no luck. It's been a real pain and takin' up so much of my time, and I still haven't gotten it sorted out. Their return policy is a total joke, I wouldn't recommend dealin' with this company at all.

Even though the store is in Canada, I ordered from the UK thinking I could return my stuff and get a refund within 14 days. Turns out that wasn't the case. I got two different sizes and colors that didn't fit right, but they said refunds were only for faulty items. Plus, I had to pay over £20 for return labels and they only offered store credit, which didn't help me at all since the sizes weren't right. When I tried reaching out to customer service, they just sent me back to the refund policy.

This store's return policy is just ridiculous. You can only get store credit, even if you did everything they asked. Some folks end up buying different sizes, but then they can't even get their cash back. And the clothes are already pricey, so this policy is just not cool. It seems like a rip-off to have to give your card details before you can use store credit, only to have them charge you right away without letting you use the credit.

Even though I got a messed up hoodie, I gotta say, the customer service from the company was top-notch. They were super helpful and made the return process a breeze. The hoodies themselves are amazing quality, so I actually bought two more for myself. They're so versatile, great for any season, whether it's winter or summer.
