She wanted that sweatshirt like yesterday. We had a gift card and tried to place the order right away the same day — it was mid-January — but the checkout kept failing, honestly six or seven attempts. I emailed customer service twice. First reply took almost three days and didn’t solve anything, and a week later I finally got another response that offered no real fix. My daughter got tired of waiting and spent her money elsewhere. I liked the styles and would still consider them, but for a $70 piece I expected quicker, clearer help. We never made it to delivery, so I can’t speak for shipping, but the support and ordering experience left a bad taste. Not what I hoped from a brand this size.
