I got the watch pretty quick after I ordered it, but when I opened it up, it wasn't working. They told me in an email to take it to a repair shop to get the battery changed, even though they said they'd only cover up to £10 for the replacement. I still went ahead and got a new battery for £19.99. I then sent the receipt to Watches2U like they asked, thinking I'd get my money back. But even after two more emails, I still haven't heard anything from them. The fact that they're not responding and not keeping their word about the reimbursement really makes me upset and disappointed about my whole buying experience.

I just ordered a watch from your store and it came on time, so that was a good beginning to my experience with your store. Sadly, when I tried it on, I noticed that it didn't fit me well. But I was happy to see that returning it was easy and without any problems. In the end, I enjoyed shopping with your store and would suggest it to others as well. Thanks!

So, I ordered a watch online and it turned out to be a real let down, not what I was hoping for. I had to send it back, and to my surprise, the company refunded me without any issues. I was pretty amazed at how quickly they gave me my money back. Even though I didn't keep the watch, I have to say, their customer service was excellent. They handled the return really well, with honesty and integrity, so I gotta give them props for that. I ended up getting a watch from a different company this time, but if I ever need another watch in the future, I'll definitely consider checking out Watches2u again.

They have carefully written terms and condition that would protect them when you try to return the refurbished watches. They are group of people selling watches from their homes. Dont even consider Watch2u to purchase anything.
