I was so excited to find the watch I wanted for such a great price on this website. Ordering it was really easy, and I even got an extra discount in January. I was able to pick the day I wanted it to arrive, and it came right on time today. The package was well wrapped and the watch was in a beautiful box, which was a nice touch. The only issue was that I didn't get an email confirming my order, but it wasn't a big deal because I saw that the payment went through and the watch arrived the next day. Despite that little problem, I am really happy with how everything went and would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking for a good deal on a top-notch watch.

The strap on my watch started to change colour within a few days of buying it. I reached out to customer service to deal with the issue, but they were no help at all. Even after I explained it wasn't dirt and showed them I had another watch in a different colour that was fine, they kept insisting it must be dirty. They told me to contact the brand for more help. Despite Casio agreeing that the service was bad from this company and telling me to contact them again, nobody is replying to my emails. It's been over a month since I first got in touch, and I've sent many emails with no reply. The lack of communication and support from the customer service team has been really frustrating and disappointing.
