I just bought something from this company, but they sent me the wrong watch by mistake. I actually ordered a specific model, but they gave me a cheaper one that I didn't want. I tried to contact them through their online form to return the watch, but I kept getting an error when I tried to submit it. I also sent them a few emails with my order number and explained the situation, but I haven't heard back from them yet. It's really frustrating that they're not communicating or acting professionally.

I got the watch pretty fast, but was kind of bummed that it didn't work as a gift. Now I'm just waiting for a local repair person to take a look and see if it just needs a new battery. Customer service tried to say I never reached out, but I did send an email last night and got a response this morning.
