Returns & RefundsI recently had a frustrating experience with this company. I was in the process of placing an order, but changed my mind and decided not to go through with it. To my surprise, I noticed a pending charge on my credit card for an order that wasn't even showing up on my account. When I tried to contact them for assistance, I couldn't find a phone number to call, which made me suspicious. After sending them an email, they replied saying they don't give refunds, even though I never actually completed the order. Another email just acknowledged receiving my message but no steps were taken to fix the problem. This company needs to do the right thing and fix this issue quickly.
