New clothes
Hey, I recently got some new clothes from this store and it was a complete disaster. I purchased a bunch of items but had to return them because they didn't fit properly. It's been a while now and I still haven't received my refund. The customer service manager, Cyndy, has not been very helpful. It feels like they don't really value their customers. I would suggest not wasting your time and money at this place. Trust me on this one.
High-performance activewear
Hey there, I just gotta be real with you. This brand is seriously not worth your time. I bought some high-performance activewear from them, but they straight up never sent it to me. And when I asked for proof of delivery, they had the audacity to give me a fake tracking id! Can you believe it? Such a waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.

So, I bought something online not too long ago, eh? But when it showed up, it wasn't what I was hoping for, eh? So, I figured I'd just send it back, no big deal. But let me tell ya, that's when things started going downhill, eh? I tried getting in touch with customer service a bunch of times over the course of a week, but never heard a peep back, eh? The phone number they had listed on their site just sent me to an email address, and even after I shot off a bunch of emails, I never heard back, eh? This whole lack of communication thing really made sending the item back a huge pain in the butt and took up a bunch of my time, eh?
