I recently bought some clothes from this place and, while the quality of the products is good, I've been really disappointed with the customer service. They say they're improving the customer experience by not answering the phone for weeks, which is just crazy. I had to deal with everything through text messages, and the replies were slow and not very helpful. I've spent a lot of money with them as a loyal customer, so I was expecting better treatment. When I needed to return something, they only gave me store credit when I wanted a replacement. And when I wanted to exchange an item for a smaller size, they said no and told me to send it back for a refund. The whole process took weeks, and I was without my money for a whole month. I threatened to write a bad review, and only then did they say they'd look into it. It's frustrating that they seem to care more about their own convenience than making their customers happy.

I can't believe this company won't take returns from outside the country. It's just crazy to think that a company in this day and age wouldn't provide such a simple service for their customers. It's so annoying to see how little they care about international shoppers.

The phone number they had listed on their site just sent me to an email address, and even after I shot off a bunch of emails, I never heard back, eh? This whole lack of communication thing really made sending the item back a huge pain in the butt and took up a bunch of my time, eh?
