ServiceThe customer service at this company is totally ridiculous. They say they're "reinventing the customer experience" but it feels like they're just too busy to give good service. When I needed help, they made me wait in a line and said they'd get back to me when they could. Like sorry, I have a life and can't just wait for them to respond. It's frustrating and honestly, not okay for a company that charges a lot for their stuff.
