So, I bought a ring from this company not too long ago, and I ran into a bit of a problem with it. I started noticing that after a few months of wearing it, the ring kept snagging on my clothes. I reached out to their customer service for help, but I gotta tell you, I wasn't too happy with the response I got. The rep kind of brushed off my concerns, saying nothing was wrong with the ring. Lo and behold, the very next day, the diamond falls out. Luckily, I found it on the floor, but this whole situation has really left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with how things turned out. I gotta say, I expected better customer service from a company as reputable as this one.
