CommunicationI bought a pair of perennial stud earrings from this company, and to be honest, it was a bit of a letdown. I got the right earring because the left one was out of stock, but I was told it would be back soon. Well, it never did come back in stock despite promises and waiting for ages. The company's communication was all over the place and not reliable, which was super frustrating for me. After going back and forth, they said they could bill me for the left earring, but that didn't work for me. When I tried to return the earring, they only offered a gift card, which wasn't what I wanted. Overall, dealing with this company was a disappointment and I suggest others stay away.
