Oh man, I'm so frustrated right now! My wife and I picked out this rose gold engagement ring and wedding band set, but when it arrived, the color was totally off. It was this bright Barbie pink instead of the nice rose gold we wanted. And to make it worse, we tried to return it and they charged us $350, claiming the color wasn't a defect. Like, hello? Barbie pink is not what we wanted at all! And then they took back the $75 refund they originally gave us for being late. Like, come on! It's just not fair.

I picked up some little earrings from them and I gotta tell you, I was super let down. The second I noticed how teeny tiny they were, I shot them a message about sending them back. It took an entire week just to hear back from them. I followed their return steps exactly, but now it's way past the time they promised for my money to come back to me. All they keep giving me is "sorries" and explanations, but no actual action. I've requested multiple times for them to call me and chat about this, but all I'm getting is crickets. Honestly, steer clear of shopping from this place like the plague.
