Recent purchase - Hit or miss
OverallVitacost was always my go-to for ordering stuff - they had awesome prices, great products, and top-notch customer service. Lately though, things have gone downhill. The prices and products are still solid, but getting your order on time is hit or miss now. And don't even get me started on their customer service - it's a total joke compared to what it used to be. It's a real bummer to see such a drop in quality from a company that used to be fantastic.

OverallI've been a loyal customer of this online shop for years, buying Organic/Non-Gmo stuff at reasonable prices and enjoying savings. Despite a few hiccups with some orders, my overall experience with this shop has been positive. I love getting the best deals when my order qualifies for free shipping, and recently, my last two orders arrived earlier than expected. I know some people have had bad experiences with delivery and orders, but hey, no store is perfect. Stuff goes through lots of hands before it gets to you, so mistakes can happen. I did have a bit of trouble with a famous mega-store recently, but I'll still keep buying from them because they sell good stuff, and it was their first big mistake. This retailer has always given me great customer service when I've had order issues. It sucks that lots of companies outsource their call centers, but using the Customer Service Portal or Live Chat has been helpful when I've had problems with my orders.
