Returns & RefundsI got a broken MP3 player from Victure and I tried to get in touch with them several times with nice emails, even in English, to ask about sending it back. But I didn't hear back from them at all. So now I can't return the player since you have to ask for the return address as per their policy.

Returns & RefundsI made a mistake and ordered a camera, eh. I followed the return instructions they gave me, but I still haven't heard back after 2 weeks even though they said they would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. Honestly, it's so frustrating not getting any communication. Now I'm thinking about disputing the charge on my card and filing complaints with the right people. Overall, my experience with this company has been disappointing and I wouldn't recommend them, eh.
