App & PortalI recently bought a video doorbell, baby monitor, and wifi camera from this company, and I've run into some big issues. The main problem is that each device needs a separate app to work. It's super inconvenient since I wanted to be able to keep an eye on everything in one place, but that wasn't possible. I contacted customer support for help, and they just said that since the devices are different, they need different apps. The lack of integration between the devices and apps was really frustrating and made the whole experience not smooth at all. On top of that, the customer service support I got was minimal, leaving me to figure out the problem on my own.
