Returns & Refundsmy credit card company stepped in. I filed a Mastercard chargeback and, after a bit of back-and-forth, they credited me back. So yeah, the vendor was sketchy, customer service barely existed, and the price I paid didn’t match the quote, but I’m actually grateful the bank had my back. Would I use them again? Not a chance. But if you find yourself in the same mess, do the chargeback route — it saved my holiday and my wallet. Learned a lesson, kept my sense of humour, and at least I got to fly home.
