Still annoyed by the radio silence and slow replies (been with other companies that were quicker), but grateful it was sorted in the end. They could do better on follow-up, though.

Delivery of the documents was clean, showed up by email within a day once they started working on it. There was a bit of back-and-forth, and I did have to nudge them once, but overall the reps were helpful and kept me updated. Really glad it turned out fine. If you're in the same boat, call them after a day or two of silence. Thanks to the team, I'd use them again, no question.

So yeah, the vendor was sketchy, customer service barely existed, and the price I paid didn’t match the quote, but I’m actually grateful the bank had my back. Would I use them again? Not a chance. But if you find yourself in the same mess, do the chargeback route — it saved my holiday and my wallet. Learned a lesson, kept my sense of humour, and at least I got to fly home.
