I bought a TV Tester from them not long ago and they said I had a one-year guarantee. But, it stopped charging not long after I got it. So, I contacted their customer service for some help, and they just told me to go to a repair shop nearby. Problem is, I live in a small town where there ain't no repair shops, which is why I bought it online in the first place. I asked for a new one but haven't heard back despite sending lots of emails. This just ain't right and shows they don't care about their customers at all.

I was pretty disappointed with my recent purchase from this site. I tried to cancel my order shortly after placing it due to a change in plans, but I didn't hear back from their support center or forum. The next day, I got an email with a tracking number saying my order had already been shipped, even though I never got a confirmation. After waiting for a week, I got another email saying they couldn't cancel it because it was already on its way. This whole situation was super frustrating and made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer.

I was really impressed with the customer service at this online store. It did take a bit of time to hear back, but the people helping me were so polite and really put in the effort to help me out. Just by giving them some details about what was going on, they quickly found a solution that worked.
