TOMTOP - Reviews and experiences

The prices were so good, I couldn't find a better deal anywhere else! But man, the delivery took way longer than I thought. And it sucked that I couldn't pay cash on delivery, that was a pain. Overall, it was alright but definitely could've been better.

I recently bought some electronics from this company, and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised. The product was well packaged for delivery, and it worked right out of the box. But I gotta be honest, I was a bit let down because this wasn't my first time ordering from them. They used to work with some of the worst delivery companies in the country - Evri and Yodel. I had so many problems with lost parcels, late deliveries, and it was just a nightmare trying to get it all sorted out.

I just got myself a laser engraver from TOMTOP, it came with all the stuff I needed. The only thing was they sent it in two separate parcels on different days, which was a bit of a hassle. I think it was just a mix-up with the shipping company. But when I got in touch with TOMTOP's support team, they were super helpful and cleared everything up. The delivery was fast, and both packages arrived in great shape. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely suggest it to others.

Oh my goodness, I just received this awesome waterproof phone case really quickly, and they kept me in the loop the entire time. It's just what I needed for my old phone and it works really well. It's a tad on the heavy side, but I haven't had a chance to test out the waterproof feature yet.
