ServiceI set the pepper grinder on the counter the day it arrived and everyone commented on it. It looked great. I used it daily for about 18 months. Then the top stopped sitting on the bottom and if you lift it, peppercorns spill everywhere. The delivery was good — came on time and well packed, which was a pleasant surprise. But customer service wasn’t. Heals wouldn’t help after a year and Tom Dixon refused to repair or still offer a replacement top. Bit disappointing and really wasteful for the price, honestly.
