Christmas sweater purchase
Christmas sweater purchase
DeliveryWhat a waste of time! I wish I had checked things out before getting involved in this disaster. They promised me my package would be delivered for sure, but it's nowhere in sight, just sitting at some distribution center far away. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother spending your money on this, people.
Christmas sweater
Christmas sweater
DeliveryI bought a Christmas sweater from this company not too long ago, but unfortunately, it didn't come in time for Christmas even though they said it would for sure. I ordered it on the 13th, and now it's the 23rd, and still no sign of the sweater. They did offer me a refund or quicker shipping, but it's too late now for it to arrive before the holidays. What really got me was the shipping company they used, I'd never even heard of them before. The tracking info just kept saying 'in transit' every day, but it didn't really help me at all as a customer.
Express shipping for a sweater
Express shipping for a sweater
DeliverySo, I bought this sweater from this company and I even shelled out extra for express shipping with a guaranteed delivery date. But guess what? The sweater didn't show up when it was supposed to. It was delayed by a bunch of days. I was really bummed out because I picked express shipping for a reason, you know? The company did offer me a refund, which was nice of them, but it doesn't really make up for all the hassle caused by the late delivery.
Regretted purchase
Regretted purchase
DeliveryOh man, I really regret not checking out the reviews before ordering this sweater online. I was torn between a few different options on Amazon, but I ended up choosing this one because they assured me it would arrive quickly. But surprise, surprise! It didn't show up on the day they promised. And I'm heading to a Christmas party in another province today! It's super frustrating. Definitely not buying from them again, and I won't recommend it to my friends either.
Ski suit purchase
Ski suit purchase
DeliveryI'm pretty bummed about the service I got from the company. I bought a ski suit and shelled out for faster shipping, but it still came late. I was really hoping to have it before my trip, and now I'm stuck without it. The ski suits are awesome, but the delivery let me down.
Sweater delivery
Sweater delivery
DeliveryI ordered a sweater that was supposed to arrive on a guaranteed delivery date, but it still hasn't shown up! Why even say it's guaranteed if it's gonna be late?! They really need to get this sorted out! Although, I will say they did a good job with customer service.
