I can't believe how long it's taking to get my replacement hat, eh! I've been waiting since July 7th and it's already August 4th, eh! I've emailed them 4 times and tried calling, but no response, eh. Why do I keep getting advertising emails if they can't even respond to my messages, eh?! I used to recommend their products to my friends and golf club members, but now they're all disappointed too, eh. Tilley, you really need to step up your game and take care of your customers, eh.

I used to be a loyal customer of this company, but ever since they were sold, the customer service has really gone downhill. It feels like they care more about making money than actually giving good products and service. Dealing with those automated responses is so annoying, and it seems like there's no way to actually talk to a real person. It's just sad to see a company putting profit above making their customers happy.
