PriceI bought a blue rashie for the kids from this studio that was really good quality, just like I heard it would be because they're known for having top-notch stuff. The customer service was great too, which made my whole experience even better. However, I found that their prices were a bit high compared to similar things out there, and they don't do pick-ups on Saturdays, which was a bummer. I get that it's important to support local businesses and all, but with the way things are going now, price really matters for most people. It made it hard for me to buy things unless they were on sale and didn't need extra shipping costs. Also, the pick-up hours before 4 pm on weekdays made it tough to schedule it in. Overall, I like what this studio stands for, but I hope they can work on these things to make the customer experience even better.
