Tentree - Reviews and experiences

I was really let down by the quality of the t-shirts I got from this company. The fabric was so flimsy, you could see right through it. Even though it was soft, it definitely wasn't worth the price. And to make things even worse, the shipping took forever and trying to return it was a total nightmare. You gotta pay 10 bucks to send something back, and you don't even get your original shipping fee back. Plus, they only give you 30 days to return stuff, which is a real challenge with how slow they are at getting things to you. It's like they're trying to make it impossible for you to give back their crappy products.

Silvia was absolutely amazing here - she really went the extra mile with customer service. She made the return process super easy for me and even gave me some great advice about a faulty sweater I bought. The clothes are really top quality and they always have really good sales.

I already knew that Tentree was all about being eco-friendly, but this was my first time ordering from them online. The jacket I got as a Christmas present was even better than I thought it would be, both in terms of quality and how it looked. Only problem was my son needed a smaller size. When I reached out to customer service, they quickly sent me a return label and got a replacement jacket on its way without any delays. Was a bit of a hassle because FedEx doesn't come by where I live, but Silvia from Customer Service was a total lifesaver and gave me a new shipping label for Canada Post right away. All in all, I've been super happy with my experience at Tentree and totally plan on giving them my business again in the future.
