CommunicationI had a really bad experience with my recent order from Tentree. Unfortunately, I never got my order (#EU2301) even though I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times. They didn't respond at all, so I had to take things further. I eventually got a refund through PayPal, but it was a frustrating and took up a lot of my time – all because Tentree didn't offer enough help. I get that things can go wrong and orders can go missing, but the fact that Tentree didn't bother to communicate or assist me was really disappointing. I hope they step up their customer service game in the future so others don't have to go through the same thing.
