Tech In the Basket - Reviews and experiences

At first, I was a bit unsure about buying from this online store because of some bad reviews. But I decided to take a chance. I chose to pay with PayPal and also opened a case just to make sure I was covered in case something went wrong with my order. To my surprise, I got my new smartphone just 10 days after I ordered it. It's in great shape and I even got it at a good discount. Even though it's the Chinese version, I had no trouble setting it up as the European version. The warranty doesn't work in the UK, but luckily I haven't had any issues with the phone yet. The only problem is that their customer service is a bit slow with emails, which can be frustrating at times.

I just got two iPad 10th gen for an awesome deal, cheaper than in the UK. They arrived when they said they would, and they were good as new US models, with UK chargers. The iPads were top-notch, and I was happy with everything. But, I wasn't impressed with the lack of help from the customer service team. They didn't give me a tracking number, the order still said "processing" after the iPads came, and no one replied to my emails. It would've been nice to have more updates and communication from them.

I've tried calling and emailing, but no luck getting a response. This customer service is just not cutting it, I feel totally let down and annoyed. While I would have liked the option to talk to someone on the phone, I would definitely use Tech in the Basket again for my next purchase.
