My time at Target Optical was a bit disappointing, to be honest. The whole process of getting my glasses didn't go as smoothly as I had expected. There were some issues with the lab that caused delays, and it was pretty frustrating to deal with. But you know what? The real MVP in this situation was Blaire McCullough, the Regional Manager. Blaire really went above and beyond to fix the problem and make sure I got my glasses on time. Her hard work and amazing customer service skills truly saved the day for me.

Even with the bumps in the road, I have to give credit where it's due - the customer service at Target Optical is top-notch. The staff there is really friendly and helpful, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I really appreciate all the effort they put into making sure I was happy with my purchase. They made me feel valued and important, which is not always the case in retail.

All in all, even though my experience wasn't perfect, I have to admit that Blaire and the rest of the staff at Target Optical are amazing at what they do. They truly care about their customers and do whatever it takes to make them happy. I'll definitely be going back to them for my future eyewear needs.

I went to the eye place and this lady named Barbara helped me with my glasses. She made sure they looked good on me and fitted them perfectly! She was so nice and really knew what she was doing. And then there was this guy, Dr. Doerr. He's been taking care of my eyes for like forever. He's an awesome eye doctor and really knows his stuff.

The customer service at this store is just terrible, I can't even believe it. When I went in, the staff didn't even acknowledge me, even though I was the only one there. And on top of that, they went ahead and used my insurance info without even asking, so now I can't go somewhere else to get my glasses. When I asked them about it, they had the nerve to say that I should've known. Like really, what a shady and awful way to treat customers!

Buying my contacts at that store was awesome! It was so easy and fast, I didn't have to wait very long at all.

I was so upset with my experience at the optical department. I went in to get my contact lenses that I thought I had ordered, but turns out they made a mistake and claimed I had ordered something I never even asked for. The staff couldn't fix the problem and I ended up leaving without my much-needed contacts. It was a complete nightmare and I left feeling so frustrated and let down.
