Returns & RefundsI just went through a really frustrating time trying to order my contact lenses online from Target Optical. Had my eye exam at the store, then placed my order online. But even though I gave them all my info and prescription, they messed up and said they sent and delivered my order when I never got it. I tried calling and emailing multiple times to fix it, even sent my prescription again, but they ended up canceling my order, claiming there was some issue with my prescription. And to top it off, they still charged me for the contacts that never made it to me. Just really disappointed with the whole situation.
