Target Optical - Reviews and experiences

So I ordered glasses online for the first time, and it was super easy peasy lemon squeezy, eh. There were tons of options to choose from and the prices were not too shabby, you know? They didn't take my insurance, but they said I could get reimbursed if needed, eh. I decided to have my glasses shipped to the store since it was my first time, but the only issue was that I didn't get a call or email about my order being delivered, you know? When I went to the store to pick them up, the lady there didn't even ask me if they fit or anything - all she said was that I could come in for a free adjustment anytime, eh. Despite that, I'll probably come back to order again and maybe even get an eye exam, you know?

We loved those awesome glasses they had, and the delivery was so fast! But when we needed to return them, it was a breeze. The only problem is our insurance is all mixed up now. We've been calling non-stop, but every time we get a different answer. Total waste of time! They did give us a discount for online orders though, but now we're hesitant to order online.
