I was pretty let down by the customer service from this company, you know? The delivery was alright, it came fairly fast. But when I had to return something, man, it was a pain. The whole process was tough, and the staff weren't very helpful. I don't think I'd go back to this company again, eh? Just not worth it with that kind of customer service, you know?

The T-shirt I ordered from your company ended up being a lot bigger than I thought it would be. I was happy with my other purchases, but this one was disappointing because of the size difference. I talked to Customer Service, and they were okay, but not super fast. I was bummed to find out that I had to pay for the return shipping and the shipping for the right size shirt, even though the mistake was on your end with the product description.

I'm really not happy with the two pullovers I bought in size M. They were way too big when I got them, more like size XXL. And on top of that, as a Canadian customer, I was bummed to find out I have to pay $18 CAD to send them back. I think the company should make sure their size info is accurate so this doesn't happen to other customers.
