ProductEh, this water bottle is just brutal, I tell ya. Right from the get-go, it's leakin' all over the place, and the darn cap won't even close right. I tried reachin' out to customer service to send it back, but they never pick up the phone or respond to emails. Dealing with a company like this is a real headache, I'm tellin' ya. My advice to others would be to stay away from this product, for sure.
