ServiceI didn't expect to be left standing in the lobby. We had an appointment on a Saturday and I stood there, said hello — three, maybe five minutes — and nobody came. One staff member heard me and then started helping someone else like I wasn't even there. It felt dismissive. My eyes have been acting up and I have MS, so I was already nervous. The chairs were hard, the lights too bright, and it just made everything worse. My husband and I walked out and booked at another clinic. At first I was annoyed and a bit skeptical about their whole process, but the new place actually sorted things quickly, so now I feel better about switching.
