Superdry - Reviews and experiences

I bought something online from this store and it wasn't what I expected. I went to return it at the Superdry store in Newcastle. The staff there were really nice and helpful. But they were having trouble with their equipment, which made things slower than they should have been. The girl helping me had to try a couple of different consoles before one worked properly. It made me think that the staff should have better equipment to help customers faster.

I bought a women's long sleeve baseball top from your store the other day, but when I got it home, I was kinda bummed to see that the style had been updated and it was almost like a cropped top now. That just doesn't work for me, so I had to bring it back. But I gotta give a shoutout to the folks in the store - they were super nice and really helped me out. They gave me a refund, no problem at all. So, kudos to them!

I just bought something from this store and I gotta say, their website was super easy to use. The delivery was quick and the package was really secure, showing that they really care about their customers. The product itself was top-notch, although it ended up being too big for me. Luckily, returning it was a breeze, and the staff at the store were so nice and helpful.

The jacket I bought was really good quality and I liked how it looked and that it was durable. The price was fair since the item was so nice. But then I had a problem with the extra charges for VAT that were added to my bill. As a person from Jersey, I should actually be charged GST, not VAT. When I talked to customer service, at first they didn't really want to help and just tried to explain things instead of dealing with my issue. But when I checked with Jersey Customs and Excise Department, they said Superdry shouldn't be charging GST. So then I asked for a refund for the wrong charges. It took a while, but I did get refunded for the VAT charges. It was pretty annoying and confusing though.

I picked up 2 hoodies and 2 t-shirts from this store, but the t-shirts didn't fit right. So, I headed back to the store to return them, but they opened late and I was almost out of time for my parking ticket! Luckily, Stacie came to the rescue and sorted out my return in a jiffy. She was so friendly and I didn't have to stress about it. Big thanks to Stacie!

I had such a great experience at the store in Leeds White Rose recently. I bought something online, but it was too small when it arrived. So, I decided to return it at the store, hoping to get my money back. But, to my surprise, a guy who worked there suggested ordering a bigger size and having it sent to my house for free. I was so happy with this customer service and got what I needed without any trouble. I was really impressed with the service overall.

I had a problem with a coat I bought a few months back from this store. The coat had a defect, so I went to the shop to see if they could assist. The staff at the Newcastle store were really helpful and gave me great customer service. They didn't have the exact same coat available, but they provided me with a similar replacement. I was grateful for their quick and efficient resolution. They ordered a new coat for me, and it was delivered within a couple of days. I was really impressed with the service I got at this store, and I will definitely come back for more shopping in the future.
