I've been buying from this company for over two years now, and I gotta say, the products always impress me with their quality. My tip for new folks is to check out the size chart for each item and know your measurements before buying. The fabric quality matches the description, and I really like the attention to detail in the products. One thing that bugs me though is they don't show the back of the clothes, which can be annoying when trying to decide. I also wish they had bigger bust sizes in some of their tops. Overall, I'm always happy with the styles, quality, and customer service they offer.

So, I bought a dress from this online store recently. I had ordered from them 2 years ago and it didn't go so well - they only sent me one dress instead of the two I had ordered. And when I reached out to customer service about it, I never got my money back for the missing dress. I was kinda skeptical about ordering from them again this time around, but I thought I'd give it another shot. But hey, this time was a different story - the dress came on time and in good shape. I'm still a bit wary, but hoping that my previous problem was just a one-off thing.

Are you serious? I put in two orders just one day apart and they couldn't ship them to the same address? What a ridiculous rule is that? The orders hadn't even been processed yet. That's just inefficient and their customer service is lacking. I would expect more from a company that says they care about their customers.

My experience ordering from this retailer has been really good overall. The stuff is awesome quality and the designs are so pretty. I've bought a bunch of clothes from them and I've liked every one. The prices are fair for what you get, so it's a good deal. Ordering was easy and I found everything I wanted without a problem. The only not-so-great part was that it took longer than I thought for my stuff to arrive. I get that delays happen, but it was kind of a bummer to wait so long. Still, I'd tell others to check out this retailer for their great stuff and prices.
